Sharing a vintage Qipao produced in Hong Kong from the 1960s. Remarkably, this Qipao is a matched piece from National Museum of Singapore!

It is a perfect blend of Eastern subtlety and French romance, exuding an elegance that transcends time and space. The Qipao is set on a fresh parrot green base, where delicate French lace cutout embroidery weaves a flowing gardenflowers and scrolling vines intertwine, the fine texture and clear color creating a palpable sensation of airiness, like the breeze from the Seine river, lightly brushing the skin.

The tailoring is exquisite: the triangle waist cut sways gracefully, perfectly outlining the alluring female silhouette. The sheer airiness seems to flow with every movement, transforming romance into a tangible contour. The cap sleeves design significantly refines the head-to-body ratio, further enhancing the graceful figure. The scoop neckline craftsmanship, combined with the lace cutouts, allows glimpses of skin to retain the tactile warmth of the 1960s, while the soft cotton lining conforms to the skin, a tender embrace granted by time.

This is more than just a rare garment; it is a microcosm of an era. Picture this: Imagine pairing it with an ivory beaded vintage clutch while watching Roman Holiday at the Lyceum Theatre; or layering it with crystal and pearl necklaces while clinking glasses with a retro diva on a gaslight street corner. This East-meets-West classical modernity is an everlasting fashion statement. As a museum-matched piece, the historical value and artistic aesthetic it carries are all the more worthy of appreciation and collection.
