「奢華雙面・致敬 60 年代港台影星的大膽摩登」
今天有幸收到兩件來自上世紀 60 年代港台影星的古董旗袍，它們不僅見證了當年電影界的璀璨星光，更展示了前所未有的面料疊加工藝。不禁被這位女士的大膽巧思深深折服，因為兩件旗袍的面料工藝非常相似，皆在底層織錦上進行了多重疊加工藝。
第一件旗袍的工藝會更加複雜：以醇厚的勃艮第紅地配上彩色織金工藝為基底，織紋已足夠華麗；但她更進一步，又鑲了一層菱格紋織銀網，形成如珠寶盒般的光影效果；最後，燙上玫瑰漸變植絨立體花，將奢華的層次感推向頂峰。
但是第二件旗袍的紅綠撞色真的非常炸眼！高貴的高飽和祖母綠配上紅黑漸變的絲絨花卉，大膽而戲劇化。更值得一提的是，底部精緻的織金工藝哪怕是在白天也閃得讓人挪不开眼。
收了這麼多的古董衣，但是每一次都還是會被前人的摩登態度所打動——這種將奢華材質層疊、將撞色發揮到極致的設計，才是真正的 Vintage 時尚精神。
"A Dual Extravaganza - Honouring the Bold Modernity of 1960s Hong Kong/Taiwan Starlets"
Today, we are fortunate to receive two antique Qipaos from a Hong Kong/Taiwan film star of the 1960s. They not only bear witness to the glamorous starlight of that cinematic era but also demonstrate an unprecedented level of fabric layering craftsmanship. One cannot help but be deeply impressed by the extraordinary ingenuity of this lady, as the fabric techniques on both Qipaos are strikingly similar, both utilizing multiple layers on top of a woven brocade base.
The craftsmanship of the first Qipao is even more intricate: it starts with a rich Burgundy red base adorned with multi-color gold-woven brocade; the designer then took it a step further by overlaying a layer of diamond-patterned silver mesh, creating a shimmering, jewel-box effect; finally, it is finished with heat-pressed, gradient flocked 3D roses, pushing the level of luxury to its peak.
However, the red and green color-blocking on the second Qipao is truly eye-catching! The noble high-saturation Emerald green is paired with red and black gradient velvet flowers, making a bold and dramatic statement. Most remarkably, the exquisite gold-woven technique on the base shimmers so brightly that it is impossible to look away, even in daylight.
Having collected so many vintage garments, I am still moved every single time by the modern attitude of the predecessors—this design spirit, which layers luxurious materials and maximizes color collision, is the very essence of Vintage fashion.
