✨ Today, I'm sharing the last piece of our Vintage Antique Qipao collection, and contrasting it with a similar style of sequined antique fabric! 

This antique gown dates back to the 1960s, and its astonishingly near-new condition is a testament to the gentle passage of time. The most captivating feature is its artistic coloring—centered on a fresh Plum Green (Meizǐ Qīng) hue, where deep emerald and tender lime greens interlace. This creates a rich, layered floral pattern reminiscent of an oil painting, exuding a sense of vibrant and lively energy.

As we know, mulberry silk fabric is extremely difficult to preserve, yet this piece has travelled through more than half a century and appears before us in its most elegant form. The classic short-sleeve design, combined with the appropriate open-chest (or "faux placket") sheer detail beneath the collar, not only echoes the modish trends of the Sixties but also adds a fresh and refined sense of breathability. This design perfectly merges the subtlety of Eastern aesthetics with summer lightness. Wearing this "Vibrant Elegance" qipao is like donning a treasured ancient painting, reviving the graceful charm of the golden age through its classic cut.
